Clients reviews about DMD Car Detailing Ceramic Coating Specialist

I recently had my car in with David at DMD Detailing Paisley for a full machine polish and a 5-year ceramic coating, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding from start to finish. The paintwork now looks absolutely incredible — deep, glossy, and even better than when I first bought the car. You can really tell David takes pride in his work and uses high-quality products. The ceramic coating has given it a flawless finish and excellent protection. Customer service was excellent throughout, with everything clearly explained and delivered exactly as promised. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and quality. I highly recommend DMD Detailing Paisley to anyone looking to give their car a proper transformation. Amazing job! ~ Rachel S

David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He carried out minor paint correction and a two-stage ceramic coating, which has completely transformed the look of my car — it looks amazing! David also applied leather protection to my light-coloured interior, giving me extra peace of mind. I travelled down from Glasgow and found DMD Detailing very easy to get to. This is actually the third car I’ve had paint correction and ceramic coating carried out on by DMD Detailing, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The quality of the work and attention to detail are second to none. I would highly recommend David and DMD Detailing to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality finish. ~ jamesbarnes78

Absolute delighted, just picked my brand new Cupra Terramar from David at DMD detailing. He applied a Matte ceramic paint protection detail and the car looks absolutely perfect and will provide paint protection to keep the car looking brand new for years to come. Throughout the process David kept me up to date with the progress and when it would be ready for collection and provided photos as he went. The location is pretty handy as well with the St James train station a few mins walk away which was handy for getting back to glasgow after dropping the car off. Would highly recommend DMD detailing, he is clearly very passionate, professional and skilled at what he does. ~ Craig C

We’ve been using David at DMD Detailing for all of our ceramic coating and detailing work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. As a busy bodyshop, it’s important for us to trust the people we refer our insurance and retail customers to — and David consistently delivers top-quality workmanship every time. The finish, attention to detail, and level of care he puts into each vehicle really complements the repair work we carry out. Our customers regularly comment on how fantastic their cars look after detailing and ceramic coating. Reliable, professional, and highly skilled — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DMD Detailing to anyone looking for premium detailing services. ~ Iain D

This guy David at DMD really does know about car paintwork, I had the ceramic coating applied to My Merc 350 GLE 18 months past, the car looked like new. I had the car by David clean washed and refurbished for a very nominal cost, the car once again looks like new, today 22/3/21. the reason was, I am sick of the condition of our roads, cheap tar pot hole filling, cheap liquid tar filling, fresh tar thrown up on to my car, cheap stone covered road surface. I love my car, Obsidian black metallic, it now looks the picture. I will definitely be booking my car in again for the DMD refurbishment, around six months time, I tell you it is money well spent. Thanks, David. ~ George C

Absolutely delighted with the service from DMD. From start to finish, the attention to detail and professionalism were first class. Our Mercedes GLC had paint correct and ceramic coating applied, and the end result exceeded all expectations. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and clear explanations of the work being carried out. Collection was exactly as promised, and the finish on the car is outstanding. It's clear that Davie takes a huge amount of pride in delivering a top-quality result. Highly recommended for anyone looking to protect and enhance their vehicle ~ Colin M

This is the second car that Davie has done for me. I buy ex demonstrators, so he does a colour correction then the 5 year ceramics coating as though it’s a new car. This time he did my Mercedes GLA in Mountain Grey and it came out gleaming, better than it was leaving the showroom. I also had the wheels coated too. It was raining when I picked the car up, and it’s so satisfying driving it out of his unit and the rain just running straight off it. I’m in Paisley, so he’s within walking distance to drop off and collect my car. He keeps me updated on progress and lets me know when it’s ready. The full process was two and a half days. He does a great job and the cars look immaculate. In fact when I traded in my CLA shooting brake, the dealer had it on the forecourt and website for sale the next day, without having to touch it. The coating is very effective and long lasting. I’ll use DMD every time. ~ john m

I got David at DMD Detailing to paint correct and ceramic protect the paintwork on my 4 year old car which was in a bad way with swirl mark's and light scratches. David did a two stage machine polish correction and applied a ceramic protective coating and the finished results were simply stunning and my car now looks completely different. David's work has made the metallic blue paintwork come to life, as many of my work colleagues and family have commented. If you want to make your cars paintwork go to a new level of shine and gloss, David DMD Detailing is your man. I will certainly be a repeat customer. ~ Fraser

Davie did a brilliant job on my new BMW using the ceramic coating process. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, how the coating enhances the car’s appearance and protects the paintwork. When I saw the finished result, I was genuinely impressed. The finish was flawless, and the attention to detail was exceptional. The car looked significantly better than when I first picked it up – sleek, glossy, and showroom-ready. From the moment we met , David listened to what I hoped to achieve with the paintwork correction and he then talked through what the options were together with his recommendations, without any sales patter or pressure whatsoever. Recently had Dave at DMD detailing Paisley do an exterior protection detail which consists of: Full safe wash, paintwork decontamination (including iron and tar removal), clay bar, followed by a single stage machine polish and all topped off with a ceramic coating. He also did a deep interior clean at the same time. Always a pleasure to deal with and the results speak for themselves, I will certainly be back. Thanks again Dave. ~ Dan S

Well worth the money to get the new car protection package. My F-Pace looks show room stunning after each quick wash. 3 months of horrible weather and the ceramic coating still gives it a “just waxed” look. David was very helpful, opening up early so I could drop the car off on the way to the airport - and then coming in late hand car back to me when i Returned later in the week. Excellent service ~ Clive W

Had my Audi A1 S line in for paint correction and 2-year ceramic coating applied and the results are fantastic. The paint looks deeper, glossier, and genuinely refreshed - like a new car. David’s attention to detail was excellent, and the immense water‑beading effect proving how well the coating works. Professional service, great finish, and long‑lasting protection. I had to delay my detailing works due to someone hitting the car after 2 weeks. We kept in contact and pushed things back till my repairs were complete. I opted for the minor pain correction with carbon collective package. The car finish is tremendous. Night and day to the factory finish it looks great. David's attention to detail is highly impressive . ~ Stuart H

I got the new car paint protection detail, Carbon collective ceramic coating system to protect the paintwork. I also got the alloy wheel faces ceramic coated along with the glass. Davie the owner done an excellent job and explained the process and how to maintain the aftercare. The cars paintwork is like glass to touch with an amazing shine. Brilliant, my car looks even better than the day I collected it. Here’s the science bit 😉 it got a single stage machine polish & a 2 year ceramic coating.
